Q: WHY SHOULD I TAKE SUPPLEMENTS?
A: Taking supplements can help to support and accelerate your fitness related goals when paired with an active lifestyle and nutritious diet. A high protein diet can help to support your muscle growth and strength, as well as appetite control to aid with weight loss.
Q: ARE THERE ANY SUPPLEMENTS I CANNOT HAVE TOGETHER AS PART OF MY ROUTINE?
A: Please do not take the Fat Burner Plus and Pre Workout together as part of your fitness routine. These products both contain caffeine so we recommend sticking to one or the other to avoid a high intake of caffeine, which some people can be quite sensitive to.
Q: CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
A: Yes! To pause your subscription, login to your LUXE Fitness account and head to "MY ACCOUNT" where you will find an option to "MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION". You will be able to pause your subscription for the month, as well as change any details including your address, credit card details, or even the product you have subscribed to.
Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Q: HOW DO I CONSUME LUXE PROTEIN POWDER?
A: Add your recommended serving of LUXE Women's Protein Powder to chilled water, trim milk, or milk alternative in a protein shaker. Adjust liquid level to suit your desired level of flavour intensity and taste. Consume 1 serving per day, or as your dietary needs require. For optimum results take within 30 minutes after a workout or throughout the day as preferred.
Q: HOW FAST CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
A: Results vary depending on your lifestyle, age, gender, genetics, diet and how much you exercise/workout. Some people see results in a few weeks, other a few months.
Q: CAN I USE SUPPLEMENTS WITHOUT EXERCISE AND DIET TO LOSE WEIGHT?
A: Our products support your efforts but won’t work if you don't adapt your lifestyle too (e.g healthy diet and exercise).

A: Whey protein is safe to use during pregnancy, however it is recommended that any person who wishes to consume LUXE Women's Protein Powder while pregnant or lactating, should consult with their health care provider beforehand.
Q: IS WHEY PROTEIN SAFE TO CONSUME WHILE BREASTFEEDING?

A: Shelf life is generally 12 months from the date of manufacture. Best before dates are clearly printed on the package.
Q: I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER - WHAT'S NEXT AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
A: As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation so you can be sure the payment went through and was successful.
After your order was successful, we will start putting your order together.
Once the parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive another notification e-mail including your tracking number. Please note that it might take up to 48 hours until your tracking link becomes active!

Q: I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY WORKOUT OR FOOD GUIDE - WHAT DO I DO?
A: We have a range of different E-Books (an electronic version of a printed book.) that are included with our bundles. These will be automatically sent to the email address that was used to place the order. If you have not received this, please check your spam mailbox. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to help.
