Vanilla & Coconut Protein Fruit Ice Blocks

Makes 8 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup coconut cream

1 cup Greek yoghurt

2 heaped spoons Luxe Vanilla & Coconut Protein Powder

¼ cup granola

¼ cup strawberries - sliced

¼ cup fresh Mango - cubed

¼ cup kiwifruit - cubed

¼ cup fresh blueberries

 

Mix Coconut Cream, Greek Yoghurt & Luxe Vanilla & Coconut Protein Powder in mixing jug. Layer in ice block moulds selection of fruit. Pour in liquid mix over fruit. Top with granola.

Freeze overnight. 

Enjoy!
